Overview
This course is for you if you’re feeling overwhelmed by life and that there is something lacking, or something blocking you from reaching your full potential.
I will share practices, tools and techniques that will help you create space within, to live life authentically and radiantly. These may include breathwork, meditation, tantra, yoga and more
Each week will begin with a private mentoring session. You will also receive an email with a downloadable pdf guide and link to a video with instructions.
What is in the course?​
Self-Awareness: Learning to recognize and understand your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.
Self-Care: Developing a self-care and self pleasure routine that prioritizes your physical, mental, spiritual and emotional well-being
Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence: Practicing mindfulness and developing emotional intelligence skills to better manage your thoughts and emotions.
Self-Acceptance and Self-Confidence: Overcoming self-judgment, building self-compassion, and developing self-confidence through positive self-talk and affirmations.
Boundaries and Healthy Relationships: Setting boundaries in personal and professional relationships, cultivating positive connections with others, and celebrating the journey towards self-love.
